ABOUT THIS COURSE
Tactical Shotgun develops the skills needed to use a shotgun in tactical and self-defense contexts. The course combines fundamental shooting with advanced handling and equipment considerations.
TRAINING FOCUS
• Shotgun manipulations
• Fundamental shotgun shooting skills
• Ammunition selection, including slug, buckshot, and less-lethal munitions
• Transitions during malfunctions
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
A duty-capable, serviceable shotgun is required. Students must also bring a duty-capable pistol, belt, holster, and extra magazine for transition training.
